The Hotel Management department of Shubhashree College of Management organized one day fire safety demonstration training program for first semester students. The objective of the training was to familiarize students about hazards of fire and safety precautions before proceeding in kitchen for their commercial cookery kitchen session.
Students were familiarized with classification of fire, precautions and Do’s and Don’t incase of fire. Students actively participated during the session and later they demonstrated their learning outcomes infront of the trainer via fire extinguisher.
An hour of interactive session came to an end with further safety information about medical practices in case of fire. Key trainer for the session was Mr. Rajkumar Sunwar from Tridev Enterprises.
