Shubhashree College of Management successfully organized an Innovative Idea Pitching Presentation on February 23, 2024, exclusively for BBA 7th-semester students. The event aimed to provide a platform for students to present and refine their entrepreneurial ideas. The event encouraged students to conceive and develop innovative business ideas. It enhanced students’ ability to articulate and communicate their ideas clearly and persuasively. It provided an avenue for participants to receive constructive feedback from faculty and peers for continuous improvement.
The event inspired creativity, encouraged students to think creatively and generate innovative business ideas. It instilled an entrepreneurial mindset by promoting risk-taking, initiative, and problem-solving. Provided a platform for students to improve their communication and presentation skills. Students were given the opportunity to present their entrepreneurial ideas to a panel of faculty members and peers. Following each presentation, a question-and-answer session allowed for engagement, clarification, and constructive feedback. A panel of faculty members provided insightful evaluations to guide students in refining their concepts.
The event facilitated the refinement of ideas through constructive feedback, enhancing the students’ ability to articulate and develop their concepts. Participants reported an improvement in their presentation, communication, and critical thinking skills. Many students gained confidence in expressing and defending their ideas before an audience. Participants expressed appreciation for the platform, indicating that the event motivated them to think more entrepreneurially. The event created a conducive environment for networking and collaboration among students interested in entrepreneurship. Recognizing the positive impact, ongoing support and mentorship can further nurture the entrepreneurial endeavors of the students.
