Shubhashree college of management has organized a seminar with the UWS Nepal for informing the students about the scope of their studies. This seminar was conducted for motivating and inspiring the students to enlighten the broad scope of their career. Another objective of the seminar was to disperse the knowledge of UWS Nepal and its activities that can relate with the expansion of student recruitment too.
There are several valuable learnings that can be gained from the experience. Some key insights include benchmarking and best practices, knowledge of diverse perspectives, building networking opportunities,and understanding the market demand and student recruitment strategies that help us in the expansion of knowledge, resources and in depth study of the industry.These learnings can contribute to the college’s ongoing efforts to improve its dimensional program, enhance educational outcomes, and foster meaningful partnerships within the academic community.
The seminar went smoothly with the presence of a good number of participants. The seminar concluded with the achievement of goals set for the seminar with the active participation of attendees such as Knowledge Dissemination,Skill Enhancement,Collaboration and Partnerships,Professional Development,Community Building,Problem-Solving and Idea Generation,Creation of avenues for career development, job opportunities, or internships through interactions with industry representatives,Skill Transfer.
