Shubhashree College of Management organized a highly successful Job Placement, providing an excellent platform for the students of BBA VI and BBA VIII to interact with leading companies and explore potential employment opportunities. The event took place on 5th July from 8 am to 12:30 pm and witnessed the participation of five respected companies: DV Group of Companies, DV Trading, Gopal Shop, Metro Mart, Panchankya Group, and Laxmi Group Pvt.Ltd. The objective of the Job Placement Day was to connect students with industry professionals and facilitate the recruitment process.
The primary objective of the Job Placement Day was to bridge the gap between students and companies, enabling students to secure suitable job placements and gain valuable practical experience in their respective fields. The event aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their skills, knowledge, and talents to potential employers, while also allowing companies to identify competent and motivated individuals for their job openings. The event sought to create a mutually beneficial environment where both students and companies could interact, fostering meaningful professional connections.
The Job Placement Day commenced at 8 am, with an enthusiastic group of students eagerly awaiting the arrival of the participating companies. The event venue was well-organized, featuring designated areas for each company to set up their booths and engage with students. As the clock struck 8 am, the first batch of students from BBA VIII arrived at the venue, followed by the students from BBA VI.
The participating companies had the opportunity to conduct interviews, review resumes, and interact with students throughout the event. They were impressed by the enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism displayed by the students. The students, on the other hand, utilized the occasion to gain valuable insights about various industries, learn about job requirements, and gather information about the companies’ work culture and career growth prospects.
The event proceeded smoothly, with students actively participating in discussions, asking questions, and presenting their qualifications and aspirations to the company representatives.
The Job Placement Day organized by Shubhashree College of Management proved fruitful interactions between students and leading companies, opening up new avenues for employment and career growth. The participating companies, impressed by the caliber of the students, expressed their intention to extend job offers to several deserving candidates. All the companies were given a token and love and group pictures.
