On Kartik 27, 2081, the Shubhashree Induction Program continued with an engaging and informative Day 2 for our new batch of BBA, BHM, and BCSIT students at Shubhashree College of Management. We extend a heartfelt thank you to our distinguished guest speakers, whose industry insights provided invaluable perspectives and inspiration for our students as they embark on their academic journey.
Our industry experts for the day included Mr. Piyush Paudyal, Group Head – People & Culture at F1Soft Group, who discussed the evolving role of technology in corporate culture. He encouraged students to develop a mindset geared towards continuous learning and innovation, which will prepare them to adapt to the fast-paced demands of today’s workplace. Mr. Pramod Thakur, Director of HR at Hilton, shared his expertise on personal branding and professional etiquette, emphasizing the importance of building a strong personal identity and career strategy early on. Mr. Amod Bhattarai, CEO of Source Code, inspired students with his entrepreneurial journey, underscoring the importance of resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in the competitive tech industry.
The day also featured presentations from our dedicated college staff, each providing essential information to help students familiarize themselves with the resources and support systems at Shubhashree. Mr. Jaya Raj Khadka, BCSIT Coordinator, introduced students to the college’s technology programs, highlighting the curriculum and learning resources aimed at fostering academic and professional growth in the IT field.
Ms. Roshan Chaudhary, IT Department Manager, shared an overview of the technological facilities available at Shubhashree and the significance of cybersecurity skills in today’s job market. Mr. Avishek Roy, Manager of College Affairs, guided students through administrative processes and shared practical insights to help them navigate their college experience smoothly.
Ms. Smriti Tiwari, Program Officer, outlined academic expectations and encouraged students to take advantage of the college’s various activities and events. Mr. Milan Adhikari, Exam Officer, provided an overview of examination procedures and grading systems, along with academic assistance resources. Lastly, Ms. Nisha Bista, Library Officer, shared valuable information about the library resources and how students can utilize them for enriching their academic experience.
