Shubhashree College of Management organized a Human Resource Management Visit Survey Presentation of BBA 5th Semester students following the completion of their HR visit. The students presented their key findings and learning experiences related to recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, and organizational culture.
The presentation helped by students which link theoretical knowledge with practical HR practices while enhancing their analytical, communication, and presentation skills. The session was informative and reflected the students’ practical exposure to real organizational environments.
